Recently, the non-credit cooking classes at Northwestern Michigan College extended education division won first place in the red hot Best of Northern MI Awards. The classes are designed for recreational cooks to help sharpen skills or to just enjoy an adventure in a different culture. Great adventures include Feast from the East, Chinese Cooking, A Taste of Korea or A Taste of Italy Piedmontese Style, Classes are taught by local chefs and class length varies by topic. - Chateau Chantal Traverse City, MI
